Development partner sought

Lewes District Council has identified development and regeneration opportunities for up to 48 sites within their ownership across East Sussex. The Council is looking to appoint development partners to assist in the delivery of the Regeneration Portfolio, who are willing and able to utilise their skills and resources to procure the development or potential disposal of all the sites. The £150 million portfolio comprising an area of circa 23 hectares is anticipated to be delivered over the next ten years with an option to extend for a further five years. Invitations to Submit Outline Proposals have been issued to a number of shortlisted applicants and their submissions are due to be returned to the Council by noon on 8th July 2013. The contract will be awarded by the end of November 2013 after a period of standstill.
