Tenders have been returned for Property Investment and Cyclical Maintenance Framework for WATMOS Community Homes. The contract covers 1,400 homes managed by residents owned by Ethelred Tenant Management Organisation, Thorlands Housing Management Society and METRA Housing Co-operative. Holbrow Brookes & Partners are running the tender for a 42 month contract with the anticipated cost of £14 million. Works are scheduled to commence on the 29th July 2013 to be completed on the 31st March 2017.
