Tenders have returned to Hotel La Tour and Bruntwood co-owner for the scheme in Greater Manchester. The project has been designed by Peter Haddon & Partners and comprises of construction of a 14 storey high 223 bedroomed four star hotel with a restaurant on the top floor, a cafe and deli on the ground floor plus a conference and events floor of 800sqm and 72 car parking spaces. Work is due to start summer 2013.
