Work starts new Co-Operative store

Morris & Spottiswood started work on site for a scheme by the Co-Operative Group Ltd at the former Royles Garage site at The Village in Prestbury, Macclesfield. Work was started on 25th March 2013 for approximately two months. This scheme comprises of the change of use including sub-division of the unit from a car showroom to a Co-operative foodstore and another smaller commercial unit. The car park layout will also be enhanced with refreshed planting, car park kerbs and space demarcation. Hulme Upright Ltd are the architects who designed this £1 million scheme.
